Fact of the day: Today is the anniversary of the official end of prohibition! I'm sure there never was a more drunk a day than today in 1933. I encourage everyone to celebrate this anniversary in your speakeasy of choice. Today is also the birthday of Walt Disney, Little "Good God, it's a hot tub!" Richard, Johnny "and I don't want the world to see me" Rzeznik, and General George Custer (of last stand fame). It's also the anniversary of the death of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (if you would like to pay a tribute, may I suggest a tear-jerking, soulful version of "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star").

Song of the moment translated into Japanese and then into English: "As for her she the lily which has the carburetor which is tied to the eye of pink of the month when she sees in the food of age as for her who has the tobacco of each arm which has white cavity penetration is love of new pollution." (previous song: Baby It's Cold Outside, my favorite version being Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney)
